PURCHASE OPTIONS CANCELLATION POLICY

This Purchase Options Cancellation Policy applies to products purchased through RONAY using a subscription, pre-order, deferred purchase, or other purchase option where such an option is made available.

1. Standard One-Time Purchases

Standard one-time purchases are not considered recurring purchase options.

Cancellation, returns and refunds for standard purchases are governed by RONAY's Terms of Service and Refund & Return Policy.

2. Subscriptions and Recurring Purchases

Where RONAY offers a subscription or recurring purchase option, the applicable price, billing frequency, renewal terms and cancellation conditions will be disclosed before the customer completes the purchase.

Customers may cancel future recurring orders in accordance with the cancellation method and terms presented when subscribing.

Cancellation of a subscription will prevent future charges after the cancellation becomes effective but will not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been processed, paid, prepared or dispatched, except where required by applicable law.

3. Pre-Orders

Where RONAY offers products for pre-order, the estimated availability or delivery period and any applicable payment terms will be communicated before purchase.

A pre-order may be cancelled before fulfilment or production has commenced, subject to any specific conditions clearly disclosed at the time of purchase and applicable UAE law.

Customised, personalised, private-label or made-to-order products may become non-cancellable once production has commenced, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

4. Changes or Cancellation by RONAY

RONAY may cancel a purchase option or related order where reasonably necessary, including due to product unavailability, payment failure, pricing or technical error, suspected fraud, or circumstances preventing fulfilment.

Where RONAY cancels an order for which payment has already been collected and no amount is lawfully due, the applicable amount will be refunded.

5. Mandatory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Policy is intended to exclude, restrict or waive any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates.
